This notice is provided in terms of the Promotion of Access to Information Act, 2000 (PAIA), which gives effect to the right of access to information held by public and private bodies.
PAIA manual
BioCertica's PAIA manual sets out the categories of records we hold and how access to them may be requested. A copy of the manual is available on request, free of charge, by contacting the Information Officer at the address below.
How to request access
- Submit a written request to the Information Officer using the prescribed PAIA request form.
- Provide sufficient detail to identify the record requested and the right you seek to exercise.
- Provide your contact details and the form in which you wish to access the record.
Fees
A request fee and access fee may be payable in accordance with the PAIA regulations, except where exempt.
